๐จ FINAL WARNING: Discord Role Selection – MONDAY, JANUARY 19! ๐จ
THIS IS YOUR ABSOLUTE LAST CHANCE: Role-based category and channel access goes into effect MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2026โin just TWO DAYS!
If you have not selected your roles, you WILL lose access to channels on Monday! This is not a drill. After Monday, if you haven’t selected roles, you may suddenly find yourself unable to see channels you currently access, including Conventions & Events, game system channels, and specialized categories.
What you MUST do THIS WEEKEND:
- Join the GeorgiaPFS Discord if you haven’t already
- Go to the Announcements channel RIGHT NOW and follow the role selection instructions
- Select ALL the roles that match your interests (Pathfinder, Starfinder, Conventions & Events, etc.)
- Don’t wait until Sunday nightโdo this TODAY!
If you have questions about role selection, reach out in the Discord immediately or contact us through our website. After Monday, we cannot restore access to channels you didn’t select roles for. ACT NOW!
๐ Annual Lodge Feedback Survey – Help Shape 2026!
We need your input! Now that we’ve entered 2026, we want to hear your thoughts on how 2025 went. What worked well? What could we improve? What would you like to see more of this year?
Please take a few minutes to complete our Annual Lodge Feedback Survey. Your feedback directly influences our planning for the year aheadโfrom venue selection to event coordination to the types of games we schedule. Every response helps us serve the community better!
This is your chance to be heard. Whether you’ve been with us for years or just joined recently, we value your perspective. The survey is quick, anonymous, and incredibly valuable to our planning process.

Date TBD
We’re still in discussions about organizing an AtlantaPFS social event at a screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show! More details coming soon.
๐ค Venue Coordinators Needed!
We’re actively seeking volunteers to help organize and coordinate games at several venues across our region. We have immediate needs for Venture-Agents at the following locations:
- The Crazy Book Lady (Acworth)
- Hobbytown USA (Kennesaw)
- Titan Games & Comics (Smyrna)
- Level-Up Games (Johns Creek)
What does a venue coordinator do?
- Work with the venue to schedule regular game days
- Help recruit GMs for games at that location
- Coordinate with players and manage Warhorn postings
- Serve as the point of contact between the venue and the lodge
- Build and nurture the local gaming community
Interested? We welcome people with venue ideas beyond our current locations! If you’re passionate about organized play and want to help grow our community, reach out to atlantapfs@gmail.com and we’ll point you in the right direction. Curious to know more? Check out The VO Handbook! This is a great pathway for those interested in eventually becoming Venture-Officers!
๐บ๏ธ Appalachian Region Hub & Calendar
Don’t forget to check out the Appalachian Region Hub for organized play resources across our six-state region! The site features a regional and national calendar showing game days throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia, plus regional conventions.
Planning travel or looking for games in other parts of the region? Use the calendar to find organized play wherever you are in the Appalachian Region. The calendar continues to be updated with national and international events as well.
๐ Wednesday Game Scheduling Update
Our Wednesday games at Manuel’s Tavern are experiencing some coordination delays in getting posted to our regular 2-week advance schedule. Games will still be happening, but may appear on Warhorn on shorter notice. Please check back regularly for Wednesday updates as we work to improve our posting consistency.
๐ Hall of Heroes
Visit our Hall of Heroes page to honor and remember those we’ve lost from our gaming community. This memorial page celebrates the lives and legacies of lodge members who are no longer with us. Check it out from the member area menu.
๐ New to Pathfinder or Starfinder Society?
Welcome to organized play! Whether you’re brand new to tabletop RPGs or a veteran player exploring Pathfinder or Starfinder Society for the first time, we’re here to help you get started.
๐ค Safe, Welcoming Tables for All
Everyone is welcome at our tables. Pathfinder and Starfinder Society organized play is committed to providing a safe, fun, and inclusive gaming environment for all participants worldwide. Whether you’re a veteran player, a first-time gamer, young or old, regardless of background, identity, or experience levelโthere’s a seat at our table for you.
All Pathfinder and Starfinder Society games operate under the Paizo Organized Play Code of Conduct and Community Standards. We expect all participantsโplayers and GMs alikeโto treat each other with respect and work together to create positive, memorable gaming experiences.
We do not tolerate: harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwelcome contact, or behavior that makes anyone feel excluded or threatened. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment or discrimination based on age, disability, ethnicity, gender or gender expression/identity, race, religion, sexuality, or any other reason.
If you experience or witness problematic behavior: Please bring it to the attention of the GM, Event Organizer, or any Venture-Officer. You can also contact your local lodge leadership, the Regional Venture-Coordinator, or report directly to Paizo at organizedplay@paizo.com. Your concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
Our commitment: These standards apply at every organized play table worldwide. We strive to resolve issues at the table level when appropriate, but we will not hesitate to remove anyone whose behavior violates our community standards. Gaming should be fun and welcoming for everyoneโthat’s the foundation of organized play.
