At a high level, the site navigation breaks down like this:
- Home: General information and landing page with links to the Organized Play Code of Conduct
- Who Are We: Specifics about our group and how Organized Play works, as well as some specific information on AtlantaPFS.
- Are You New Here: A brief overview for new players or members to AtlantaPFS
- New Players Welcome: An official welcome letter from Organized Play
- Getting Involved: Detailed step by step walkthrough of getting involved in Paizo Organized Play, beginning as a player and possibly working your way into the Organized Play ranks
- Recruiting Poster: Poster that we will put up in venues to announce our presence
- Event Calendar: A quick way to see, by date, where we are running events and what scenarios we will be running. The calendar listings also have a link to the Warhorn page for the event. This calendar is also where we will list any conventions or special events where we will be participating.
- Venues Where we Play: A listing of the venues where we currently run games. At the bottom of each venue’s information is a link to a filtered view of our Warhorn upcoming game schedule, curated to only show upcoming sessions at that venue, making it easier for players to find games at their favorite venue and to sign up for them. This page also has links to live Atlanta traffic and to the Atlanta Braves schedule to make it easier to either see anticipate when there could be additional traffic impacting game days.
- AtlantaPFS Warhorn Page: A link to our Warhorn event page, where we list all our public game offerings and where you can sign up to play or run games
- GeorgiaPFS Discord Server: Join for discussion of anything related to Paizo, Organized Play, or AtlantaPFS
- GAPFS Forums: The shared forums page for all GeorgiaPFS lodges
- Paizo Organized Play Appalachian Region: This page shows the different lodges, their venues, sign-up sheets, and conventions within the Appalachian region (VA, WV, TN, NC, SC, and GA).
- News: News feed of posts made to the AtlantaPFS Website
- Contact Us: A simple contact form
- Links: Helpful links to tools, conventions, character building website, etc.
- Character Help: A direct link to the Character Advice sub-forum on the GAPFS Forums. Ask any character build questions here (or on Discord)
- Pathfinder 1st Edition Questions: A direct link to the Pathfinder 1st Edition sub-forum on the GAPFS Forums. Ask any rules or other game-specific questions here (or on Discord)
- Pathfinder 2nd Edition Questions: A direct link to the Pathfinder 2nd Edition sub-forum on the GAPFS Forums. Ask any rules or other game-specific questions here (or on Discord)
- Starfinder Questions: A direct link to the Starfinder sub-forum on the GAPFS Forums. Ask any rules or other game-specific questions here (or on Discord)
- Submit a Support Ticket: A ticketing system that will record any issues or requests for investigation or follow-up. This includes requesting specific scenario runs, support for venues/conventions/events, or issues with players/GMs/VOs/Venues/events/conventions. All submissions will be reviewed and will have appropriate follow-through.
- External RSS Feeds: Feeds of posts from the GAPFS Calling All GMS! sub-forum, the GAPFS Conventions sub-forum, the GAPFS Forums PFS/SFS News and Announcements sub-forum, and the Paizo blog (more may be added in time).
- Member Area: Specific items AtlantaPFS members should know. Some items on this menu (more will be added in time) will be locked behind membership/a login requirement. Items requiring a login will either not be visible and/or will be hidden behind a “Restricted Content” listing on the menu.
- Convention Countdown Timers: For local conventions, updated as new dates are listed
- Convention Requirements: This is locked behind a login requirement and is intended for those volunteering as GMs or HQ personnel at local conventions
- Volunteer form: Want to run local games for us or to be a GM or HQ personnel at a convention? Fill out this form and we’ll be in touch.
- Code of Conduct and other policies: Paizo Organized Play policies regarding acceptable behavior, Retail Incentive Program, and Regional Support Program
- VO Area: Specific items AtlantaPFS Venture-Officers need to know. This is locked behind both membership/a login requirement AND a specific role that only site admins can give if a member becomes a Venture-Officer. Items requiring a login will either not be visible and/or will be hidden behind a “Restricted Content” listing on the menu.
