🤝 Safe, Welcoming Tables for All

Everyone is welcome at our tables. Pathfinder and Starfinder Society organized play is committed to providing a safe, fun, and inclusive gaming environment for all participants worldwide. Whether you’re a veteran player, a first-time gamer, young or old, regardless of background, identity, or experience level—there’s a seat at our table for you.

All Pathfinder and Starfinder Society games operate under the Paizo Organized Play Code of Conduct and Community Standards. We expect all participants—players and GMs alike—to treat each other with respect and work together to create positive, memorable gaming experiences.

We do not tolerate: harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwelcome contact, or behavior that makes anyone feel excluded or threatened. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment or discrimination based on age, disability, ethnicity, gender or gender expression/identity, race, religion, sexuality, or any other reason.

If you experience or witness problematic behavior: Please bring it to the attention of the GM, Event Organizer, or any Venture-Officer. You can also contact your local lodge leadership, the Regional Venture-Coordinator, or report directly to Paizo at organizedplay@paizo.com. Your concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Our commitment: These standards apply at every organized play table worldwide. We strive to resolve issues at the table level when appropriate, but we will not hesitate to remove anyone whose behavior violates our community standards. Gaming should be fun and welcoming for everyone—that’s the foundation of organized play.

🗺️ Regional Corner – Appalachian Region

This is a temporary feature until our regional hub website launches. We use this space to share news and updates from across the Appalachian Region.

About the Appalachian Region

As Regional Venture-Coordinator, I oversee organized play across the Appalachian Region, which encompasses six states: Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. This region is home to numerous lodges and gaming communities working together to provide amazing Pathfinder and Starfinder experiences.

This Week’s Regional News

It’s a quiet week across the Appalachian Region—no major announcements this time, which means everyone is hard at work running great games and building their local communities! Sometimes the best news is steady, consistent organized play happening across our six-state region.

Regional Lodge Directory

As we work toward launching our regional hub website, here’s a directory of all active Pathfinder and Starfinder Society lodges across the Appalachian Region. Whether you’re traveling for work, visiting family, or exploring new gaming communities, this directory will help you find games throughout our six-state region.

Note: Some lodges currently have Venture-Lieutenants and Venture-Agents serving as acting leadership while VC positions remain unfilled. We promote from within our volunteer ranks, so if you’re interested in lodge leadership, the path typically starts with volunteering as a GM and building experience in the community.

Interested in Lodge Leadership?

As you can see, we have several lodges with Venture-Lieutenants and Venture-Agents doing exceptional work. We believe in promoting from within our volunteer ranks—most Venture-Captains started as dedicated GMs who built strong relationships within their communities before taking on leadership roles.

If you’re interested in becoming a Venture-Officer, the path typically begins with:

  • Volunteering as a GM in your local lodge
  • Building experience and relationships within the community
  • Demonstrating reliability and dedication to organized play
  • Working alongside current Venture-Officers to learn the role

Ready to start your journey? Fill out our Volunteer Form and check out the Lorespire Onboarding resources. We’re also happy to discuss opportunities to establish new lodges in underserved areas throughout the region.

Share Your Lodge News!

If you’re part of a lodge in the Appalachian Region and have news, events, or achievements to share, please reach out. This Regional Corner is here to celebrate and connect our broader organized play community. Contact us through our website or Discord to submit news for future updates.
