AI can be a useful tool, within certain limitations and in certain scopes.
Paizo recently came out in their blog, stating they would not accept AI created works for content, and that is something we fully support.
However, it can sometimes be difficult to find just the right wording for things like social media posts when submitting requests for event support to Organized Play. I decided, before my morning coffee, to experiment with 3 different AI offerings, giving them each the same “simple” task: write a social media post for AtlantaPFS, advertising DragonCon 2023 and highlighting that all the Pathfinder 2E and Starfinder interactive specials will be run. Some of what I got back was great. Some of it, however, was well off the rails and nowhere near what I’d asked. I got 3 responses from Google’s Bard AI, none of which come anywhere near what I’d requested.
