Chronicle Sheets & Reporting: What You Need to Know

Attention GMs and Players! Chronicle sheets are an essential part of tracking your character’s progress in Organized Play. As a GM, it is your responsibility to provide players with their chronicle sheets at the end of each game session. For Adventure Paths, these should be issued at the end of each book.

If, for any reason, you’re unable to provide chronicle sheets before the players leave the table, make sure they receive them within a day, unless prior arrangements have been made to distribute them at a later date.

GMs also need to trigger session reporting to the venue’s overseeing Venture-Officer. This ensures that the Venture-Officer can fulfill their reporting obligations within two weeks of the session or Adventure Path’s conclusion.

Both players and GMs can check reported game details by going to Paizo.com > Organized Play > My Organized Play. After logging in, select the Summary tab, then click on the Show Sessions button under any of your characters. This will display the games that have been reported, including details like the GM’s Paizo forums username, the number of GM Credits or Achievement Points awarded, the event code and event name, which faction your character represented, and how much reputation was earned with that faction.

Before clicking Show Sessions, you can also see how much reputation has been reported with all factions next to your character’s name.

Players: If you’re missing a chronicle sheet or notice that game reports for your character are incomplete or missing, please contact us through the Contact Us link on the website or by emailing admin@atlanfapfs.org.

Let’s keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone’s progress is properly tracked!
