To keep our communications clear—and to avoid a Confusion spell from the Online Region—the Atlanta and Columbus lodges are adjusting how we list our games. While the Online Region handles “Online” branding, we will officially use the term Virtual for all our non-physical table offerings.
Additionally, at the request of Organized Play leadership and local players, we are implementing Early Sign-Up Rights for local players on Virtual games, as well as access to lodge-specific local events (such as parties, specials, and “meat space” exclusives).

To ensure you aren’t stuck in the Drift when sign-ups open, we have created specific roles on the AtlantaPFS Warhorn for our Atlanta and Columbus Lodge members.
To get your priority access and member status:
- Navigate to the AtlantaPFS Warhorn Page (https://warhorn.net/events/atlantapfs).
- Select “Email the event staff.”
- In your message, please provide:
- Account Verification: Your Warhorn Name (and the email associated with the account, if different).
- Lodge Designation: The lodge to which you belong (Atlanta or Columbus).
⏳ A Note on Processing
Because Warhorn’s tech hasn’t quite reached Absalom Station levels of automation yet, this is a manual process that cannot be automated at this time. While we have several staff members, all emails are routed to a single point of contact for processing.
Please have patience with our Lodge Scribe as they manually update these roles. We will get you cleared for departure as quickly as possible!
Note: These specific roles and sign-up windows currently apply to games and events managed on the AtlantaPFS Warhorn hub.
