DragonCon 2026 Volunteer Form

🐲 AtlantaPFS DragonCon 2026 Volunteer Instructions

READ THIS FIRST. Failure to follow these instructions causes the coordinator to speak in tongues and create “fine art” out of profanity. Save your soul (and theirs) by following these three rules:

1. The 6-Slot Limit (Anti-Burnout Policy)

You may sign up for a maximum of 6 slots out of the 11 available. We want you sharp, not a zombie.

  • Need more? If you truly want to work more than 6, select 6 here and message the coordinator directly to discuss.

2. Self-Scheduling (NOT “Availability”)

This question is not a survey of when you are free. It is a firm commitment to specific shifts.

  • Match your numbers: If you stated you want to work 3 slots, select exactly 3 boxes. * Do NOT check every box that fits your schedule. Only select the specific shifts you intend to work.

3. The “Source of Truth” & Tech Glitches

The form uses a “draw-down” system that should hide full slots, but technology is fickle.

  • Check the Master Schedule: If you are in doubt about what is actually open, consult the [Link to Google Sheets Planning Schedule]. This is the Source of Truth.
  • The Glitch Clause: If the form allows you to select a slot that is actually full on the Master Sheet, the coordinator will reach out to you to find an alternative.

4. The Eventeny Form

DragonCon’s Eventeny form is only to be used by those volunteering for 5+ time slots. If you are a new DragonCon volunteer, the form will not be available for you until February 15. Whether you are new or returning, select Campaign RPGs as your assigned group (if Campaign RPGs does not appear on your list, select other), and in the notes or comments section, indicate you are volunteering for Campaign RPGs as part of AtlantaPFS and that your application should be sent to Brooks for processing and to be assigned to Joel.
