We are excited to share the news: The Paizo website and webstore have returned after a week-long planned maintenance period dedicated to launching their brand-new online store experience!
The new store features a complete redesign, modernized features, and new subscription options. Here is a quick summary of the most important takeaways for Organized Play participants:
⚠️ Important Account Action Required!
You must reset your password to log into the NEW Paizo Store.
- First-Time Login: Select the “Forgot Password” option the first time you try to log in to the new store. Check your junk/spam folder for the reset email.
- Existing Forums/OP Login: The separate login for the Paizo Forums and Organized Play reporting (the legacy portal) has NOT changed. You can continue to use your current credentials there.
- Account History: Anyone who has made a purchase since 2020 should have an account in the new store. If you don’t receive a reset link, you may need to create a new store account.
📚 Accessing Your Digital Purchases
Paizo has split the digital library across two portals for the time being:
- New Library: Contains all digital products purchased from 2020 onward. This is accessed via the New Paizo Store login.
- Legacy Digital Content: Products purchased before 2020 are still available on the Legacy My Account page, accessible from the top right of the Paizo.com homepage.
Paizo is working to eventually consolidate all downloads into the new Library.
✨ New Features of Note
- New Payment Options: The new store accepts a huge range of payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
- Subscriptions: Several new subscription lines have been introduced, including new options for Pathfinder Battles Miniatures and Sketch Edition Rulebooks. Current subscribers need to check their Subscription Manager to verify the shipping address and payment method.
- Reviews: You no longer need to purchase a product to write a review! Review submissions can now earn you up to 5 gold per week.
