We have received news that the developer who owns and operates the Warhorn scheduling platform plans to step away from the project. As a result, the Warhorn website may close in mid-June of 2024.
Unless another developer or a non-profit organization comes forward to take on the project, with the current developer’s approval, Warhorn will no longer be available for scheduling Pathfinder Society games in the Atlanta area.
We are currently evaluating alternative scheduling options to ensure a smooth transition. Here’s what you can expect:
- Cross-Posting: Our event scheduling will be cross-posted to the GA PFS Shared forums, which was the platform used before we transitioned to Warhorn.
- Convention and Small Events: The impact on conventions and small events that currently use Warhorn is still being determined. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
We understand this news may cause some inconvenience, and we apologize for any disruption this may cause. We are actively seeking solutions to minimize the impact on our Pathfinder Society community.
In the meantime, please continue to check the AtlantaPFS website and forums for updates on scheduling and any further developments related to Warhorn.
