Hello Pathfinders and Starfinders,
Thank you for being part of the AtlantaPFS community. We have a solid group already stepping up, but as we get closer to the convention, we have a significant number of open slots that need to be filled immediately to ensure we can run our full slate of games.
We also just received the official floor layout for our space at DragonCon 2026. You can see the updated arrangement below, including the location of our HQ tables and the designated areas for our various event tracks.
If you have been thinking about helping, now is the time to commit. We need you to secure your spots so we can finalize our logistics and make sure Pathfinder and Starfinder Society at DragonCon is the best experience possible for our players.

Before you jump into the form, please take a few minutes to review these pages so you know what each role involves and what DragonCon expects of us:

How DragonCon 2026 sign‑ups work
This year’s form is a self-scheduling tool, not an “availability survey.” When you check a box, you are committing to that slot.
Key points from the form instructions:
-
The 6-Slot Rule: You may sign up for a maximum of 6 slots across the weekend. This is our anti-burnout policy. If you are a glutton for punishment and want to work more, sign up for 6 on the form, then email me at so we can discuss if it's healthy and where the coverage is needed most.
-
Be Precise: If you say you can cover 3 slots, select exactly 3 checkboxes.
-
Commitment: Only select slots you truly intend to work. It is much easier on the team if we start from realistic commitments rather than over-scheduling and managing drop-outs later.
Check the planning schedule first
The Google Sheets planning schedule is our source of truth for what is actually scheduled and which slots are still wide open.
The form uses a draw-down system to hide full slots, but if a slot looks available in the form but is marked full on the planning sheet, trust the sheet. I strongly encourage you to open the planning sheet first, decide which days and times you want, and then go to the volunteer form and select those exact slots.
A note about DragonCon’s Eventeny form
DragonCon’s Eventeny application is required only for volunteers working enough slots to qualify for a free admission badge (5+ slots).
-
If you are working 1–4 slots: Do not fill out the Eventeny form; just use our AtlantaPFS form.
-
If you are working 5+ slots: Complete the Eventeny application.
-
If “Campaign RPGs” does not appear as a department, select “Other” and use the comments field to state clearly that you are volunteering for Campaign RPGs with AtlantaPFS, and that your application should be routed to Brooks for processing and assignment to Joel.
What I am asking you to do today
